Q: What is the difference between Impressions and Originals?

How long does delivery take?

Orders arrive within 3–4 days anywhere in Egypt.

Can I pay cash on delivery?

Yes. You can pay in cash when your order arrives.

Do you have a shop I can visit?

Not at the moment. MAAT is online only, and we deliver anywhere in Egypt.

My order is late. What should I do?

If your order hasn't arrived within 4 days, email us at maatperfumes@gmail.com with your order number and we'll look into it.

Returns

Can I return a perfume?

Because perfume is a personal-care product, full-price items can't be returned once the package has been opened. If your order is unopened and in its original packaging, email us within 2 days of receiving it. You can read the full refund policy.

My order arrived damaged or wrong.

Sorry about that. Email us at maatperfumes@gmail.com within 2 days with your order number and a photo, and we'll make it right.

What is extrait de parfum?

Extrait de parfum is the most concentrated type of perfume. It lasts longer on the skin than eau de parfum or eau de toilette, so you need fewer sprays.

Which sizes are available?

Our perfumes come in 30ml and 60ml.

Do I get a free sample?

Yes. Every order comes with a free 3ml sample so you can discover your next scent.

How do I make my perfume last longer?

Spray it on your pulse points (wrists, neck and behind the ears) on moisturised skin, and don't rub it in. Layering two scents also helps a perfume last. Our layering guide shows you how.
